What exactly is an SRO and do I need one?
Forming a Czech limited-liability company, called an SRO, is the fastest, most convenient and cost-effective way for a foreign citizen to establish himself as a resident in Czech Republic. Being owner of Czech s.r.o. gives you right to get visa and many benefits of being a legitimate resident.
An SRO is required for any non-European citizen to get residence permit, purchase property in the Czech Republic.
Registering an SRO allows you as a foreigner to start a business - or relocate an existing company in the Czech Republic safely, legally, and with the appropriate tax and liability shelters to protect your assets both here and at home from legitimate, or fraudulent lawsuits.
The good news is that with Futurum Group forming your SRO is straightforward, affordable and simple. What's more, you can do it with complete confidence.
Authorized capital
The minimum authorized capital for setting company in Czech is equal to 200 000 Czech crowns (about 8100 Euro), there is no maximum amount. After putting authorized capital into your company's bank account you can start using it for business development needs (office rent, advertisement, and salary) without any restrictions. Nowadays all Asian people ( Indian, Chinese, Korean, Pakistanian and Iranian ) are allowed from early beginning to be presidents of own companies and to run company’s bank account. Authorized capital is put into Client’s company bank account, not Futurum’s.
Authorized capital is paid after company’s memorandum of understanding is done, but before a company is registered.
Usually our clients do not prefer to pay authorized capital of 200 000 CZK
In such case we pay capital instead of a client, we show our money to government and after company is done withdraw our money back. For this service we charge 700 Euro.
If you wish to pay auth. capital by yourself, after company's formation you can use money in a way you like.
Will owner and co owner of company in Czech get visa? What is the possibility of rejection?
Our company does not guarantee the 100% probability of getting Czech visa. But from our past experience we know that 98% of owners and co-owners of the companies we registered got residence permit in Czech. 2% did not get visa to Czech and residence permit due to false documents they provided.
Main thing you need to know is that procedure of getting visas by organizing own business in Czech is absolutely legal and written in Czech constitution. Our company works with business immigration for more than eleven years; we know methods that allow us to minimize visa rejections. Even if out client has got rejection in getting visa we appeal against embassy decision and our lawyers persuade the court to provide visa to the client as documents made by our company legal and trustworthy. Sometimes we refuse to work with citizens of Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran. Working with Chinese citizens is more complicated than with people from other countries but risk of getting visa rejection is minimized by our company's professional staff.
We do not guarantee that client will get residence permit course it depends both on our work and documents provided by client, we only guarantee that clients will get 100% legal and trustworthy documents for visa applying from our company.

It is written in Czech laws that every foreigner must live in Czech for 5 years before he can get permanent residence permit. Law was changed only one and a half years ago, before it was demanded for foreigner to live in Czech not less than 10 years. Permanent residence permit gives foreigner same rights as its citizens with few exceptions: one can not become president of the country, to serve in police, government organizations and army.

How many co-owners Czech company may have?
According to Czech law Czech company may have not more than 50 co-owners, but we do not recommend our client to have more than 5 people in company as it may cause difficulties in getting residence permit, its better to register several companies if more than 5 people want to immigrate.
Is it possible to immigrate to Czech with my family?
Our program allows emigrating to Czech with family members. Close relatives (wife, husband and children) can go to Czech with company's owner, but sometimes getting visa is becoming problem for them. There is no need to make your child co-owner of the company till he will reach his 18th, before 18th children go along with their parents to Czech without any problem as dependants, same- for parents more that 70 years old. We recommend our clients to make their relatives co-owners of Czech company.
I want it cheap!
No problem. In internet you can find already registered companies that you can buy for 1500 Euro or even less. Or you can become co-owner of already existing company. But it will be extremely naïve to think that company's solder is not getting or reducing his own income. Companies that one can buy for 1500-4000 USD are mostly with criminal records and have debts which next co-owner has to pay, sometimes such companies do not have juridical address. Its not very seldom happens that people who bought cheap companies paid more than 10 000 Euro just to close it and not be jailed for its previous activity.
Futurum Group specialists think that its better to spend money and register a new company and be sure that everything is all right with it.
How can I send money to Futurum Group?
The simplest way to send a money from Asian countries- through bank transfer. Futurum can prepare draft invoice to be shown to bank along with contract signed by Client and Futurum. With such documents bank transfer is not a big deal even from India.
What will happen if I will send you money and Futurum Group will not register a company for me due to some reasons? Will you return me my money?
It happened only several times that we couldn't register a company for our clients due to false documents they provided us. If a company will not be registered Futurum Group will return you money as it is written in our contract with client.
I want to emigrate to Czech but I do not know anything about business, as I am college teacher now. What should I do?
After registering a company and getting residence permit there is no need to become businessman if you do not like it. Your company can be in a sleeping position up to 3 years without giving any profit to you ( no taxes to government also). After 3 years you must show some activity and get at least some profit ( we recommend to our clients to put 1000 CZC to there account) and pay taxes from this sum. In such case government will not find any falsification and will not cancel your residence permit. In 5 years you will get permanent residence permit.
Which services will I get after signing contract with Futurum group? Will you demand additional fees for registering a company?

After Futurum Group will establish a company for me, how much I have to spend for preparing documents on residence permit?

Is it difficult to find job in Czech?
There is very less unemployed people in Czech, certainly you will get job. Salary level is high, the minimum salary for unqualified job is 2 Euro per hour. Food is extremely cheap in Czech, there will not be a problem to eat delicious food for a whole family where only one person works.
Nowadays Czech government created very attractive project that invites foreigners to come for work and settling down in Czech.
Can I get visa to Germany after registering a company in Czech?
After registering a company and getting residence permit ( one-year business visa) in Czech it is allowed by law to travel without visa and get business visa to other European countries (Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Norway, Portugal, Finland, Netherlands and others). As Czech residence permit holder it's extremely easy to get business visa to other countries. You can also get visa to USA, Australia, and New Zealand in their embassies in Prague.
Is it true that after I get residence permit my children can study in Czech for free?
Yes, this is true. Children of residence permit holders can study for free in state high middle schools, universities and institutes as well as children of citizens of Czech Republic. One has to pay for his study in private universities and institutes. For entering state university student has to pass Czech language test. Czech language is very easy for study and passing test will not cause any difficulties for foreign students.
Will I pay additional taxes for having more than one child?
No, you will pay less tax in comparison with parents of only one child. European countries worry about decreasing of its population, so one can have as many children as he wants.
What will happen if law will be changed and I can not prolong my visa?
Every country changes its laws. But you should understand that Czech became part of United Europe and all changes about staying of foreigners on the territory of Czech Republic are for better, in last two years Czech has changed its laws about foreigners only once: it become allowed to get permanent residence permit not only 10 yeas of continuous staying in Czech but only after 5 years.
I am afraid that I can not pass trough interview in Czech embassy as I know very little English.
There is no interview at all in Czech embassy. When applying for Czech visa you should provide only documents according to the list Futurum Group will provide you. Do not worry, people in embassy can speak Chinese and if you have any questions they answer you in your native language.
Will I loose my citizenship after getting Czech residence permit and permanent residence permit?
No, you will not loose it. According to Czech law, residence permit gives you right to stay in Czech for a long time, but you have to prolong it once in two years. Czech permanent residence permit gives you right to stay in Czech without any prolonging, but you will remain citizen of your native land. You can apply for Czech citizenship after 5 years being Czech permanent residence holder, but then your Chinese/ Indian citizenship will be canceled as its not allowed to have dual citizenship.
Nowadays I do not want to emigrate to Czech, but I want to have a document that will allow me to go to Czech any time I like without applying for visas.
Your situation is very common. Many people who get good job or profitable business in their native land think about possibility of emigration to Czech if something goes wrong. The best variant for you is to establish a company in Czech, get residence permit and permanent residence permit that is almost equal to Czech citizenship. It will give you right to go to Czech and other countries of European Union without visa any time you like.
I want to establish business in Czech but do not have opportunity to stay in Czech permanently. How long should I stay in Czech so that my residence permit can be prolonged?
Its up to you as according to Czech law you may come to Czech and stay there as well as you can stay in your native land without going to Czech. There is no dependency between time of staying in Czech and visa prolonging. If you stay outside Czech your residence permit can be prolonged in nearest Czech embassy in a country where you stay.
There are four members in my family (me, my wife, my son and my mother). I want to get Czech residence permit first so that after half a year of staying in Czech my family emigrate to Czech and get residence permit there also. Can I do so?
Yes, you can do like this, but it will cost you more than if you register a company for all four people at the same time. If you register a company in Czech with only you being its owner and later wish to add your family members as co-owners you will have to pay for making changes in company's documents. Amount that you pay for making changes is almost equal to amount you will spend for registering new company in Czech.
It will be better for you to register a company in Czech with all family members as its co-owners. You can be first to get residence permit and other family members can apply for Czech visa and residence permit later when you get settled in Czech.
