To calculate a sum for applying visa you have to add a sums for all family members + fixed sum for your kind of family and multiply it for a number of month a family is going to stay in Czech.

E.g. a family with 2 children of 5 and 10 years old that going to apply for 1 year visa

(2880+2600+1600+1960+8545)x 12 months=211 020 CZC approximally 9000 euro.
