Health certificate

Applicants from Pakistan, India, Iran and Egypt must submit health certificate for issuing long term visa of any kind. Health certificate is valid for 30 days.

It must contain:

- name of hospital

- its address

- tel. numbers

- signature and seal of a doctor/ hospital

- results of X-ray, HIV, tuberculosis, Hepatitis B and C, Syphilis TP and sexual diseases
